The NBC report fails to mention the Occupy connection. One of the comments currently on the page automatically assumes (in my observation) that the doctor was a right-wing nutjob. Amazing.

Well, it’s not like Betsy Russell who writes for the Spokesman-Review and has her own Eye on Boise Blog and who happens to be on the Judicial Media and Courts Committee with chair Hon. Judge Burdick is jumping on the Supreme Court Opinion re: Jim Brannon vs City of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho anytime soon.
