On Monday, December 12th at 7 p.m. the Ladies of the Lake Harp Ensemble will have its Christmas program at the First Baptist Church, 424 Wallace in Coeur d’Alene.  It will be a variety program including the entire harp ensemble as well as solos and duos.  It will have harp and flute, harp and voice, harp and violin, and harp and bagpipes.  The music will be Christmas, classical, and Celtic.  The program usually lasts one hour.  It is free to the public, but donations are accepted to cover music costs and other expenses.

Then on Thursday, December 15th at 7 p.m., harpist Leslie Stratton Norris and violinist Chari Bickford will present a Christmas concert sponsored by the Jeanne Holmberg trust.  The concert will be at the Jacklin Arts Center, 405 Williams Street in Post Falls ( just south of I-90 and east of Spokane Street).  The program will feature Christmas and classical selections with some jazzy arrangements and Christmas fiddling to round out this program that is free to the public.
