The Idaho Supreme Court will convene in Coeur d’Alene from April 2 through April 6, then again from April 30 through May 1.  All Court sessions will be in the Kootenai County Courthouse, Courtroom #1.  The hearings are at 8:50, 10:00 and 11:10 each morning. Court hearings are open to the public, and according to the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Courtroom #1 seats about 60 spectators.

Case summaries for those cases already calendared are available on the Idaho Supreme Court website.  Case summaries for the April 30-May 1 hearings will be posted three weeks before the hearings.

  1. Thanks Bill, I have been wondering when or if the Brannon case is going to be heard. Do you have any word or hint if that case is going to be heard April 30 or May 1?

  2. Stebbijo,

So far, no word on when the Coeur d’Alene election contest lawsuit appeal is going to be heard.

  3. Thanks Bill for making my life much easier by posting the SC calendar. Readers might be interested in the Lewiston, ID appeal scheduled for Sept. 28 on the stormwater fee or tax issue.

Also of local interest is the appeal from Phil Hart on his tax issues to be heard next week.

  4. Speaking of judges; over at this other Blog on which you can’t comment, seems as though someone is going to drop a dime on Uncle Jeff, Ron Liar and others that own Strategery and the “blurring” of the lines with the Reagan Republicans.

    Anybody here ever read “Chuckleberries”?

  5. Ancient – did read “Chuleberries” and found it is close to the norm – 50% of “jokes” are derived from “truths”
