“Shovel-Ready” in Idaho

A website,  StimulusWatch.org,  allows “citizens around the country with local knowledge about the proposed (stimulus) projects in your city, to find, discuss and rate those projects.”  Here is a link to projects in Idaho which its mayors have identified as “shovel ready.”
