Mike Jorgenson, see the post below, introduced a new bill to apply more strict enforcement of our laws, but the Committee Chairman, Curt McKenzie, from Nampa decided to kill the bill.
Chairman McKenzie said, “The ones who were going to be regulated by this were pretty staunchly opposed to the bill as it’s drafted.” Oh…is that the way it works?
