A well-placed employee at Coeur d’Alene City Hell has informed OpenCdA.com that the City has started a special projects unit to thwart those pesky requests for public information. The unit patch is pictured below. Can anyone translate?

Very funny Bill. But I’ve got to tell you, I put in a Public Records Request to the city clerk yesterday afternoon and she called me this morning to tell me it was ready. That’s fast. So now I have copies of all the MOUs relating to the Osprey building between the city and U of I. Just some light reading for my spare time!
