  1. Look at how close the tally was for Currie, Cronin and Jai Nelson. Almost a clean one third each!

  2. * Defeat for the “pretty people” in that both Cronin and Rawls went down. Woot! Woot!

    * I should also note that both Cronin and Rawls were big supporters of the LCDC.

    * In fact, it was interesting at the campaign event I went to this evening: many people were saying nasty things about the LCDC. I think Ms. Bales is a wee bit too late on her PR push…

    * Currie lost his precinct seat to Mike Oliver.

    * Matt Roetter also lost his precinct seat.

    * By my count, 10 of the so-called “Ron Paulers” made it into the GOP county Central Committee. Should be an interesting meeting tomorrow night.

  3. is the central committee meting open to members of the public? where and when is it held?

  4. Yes. The public can attend the meeting. You cannot speak, however; there are no public comments. The meeting is tonight, 7:00 PM, at the County Admin building in CDA (intersection of Northwest Blvd. & Government Way). It should be a wonderful show: bitter, angry Republicans on one side, and eager, fresh Republicans on the other. You think that the GOP would welcome enthusiastic people who support the party and Ron Paul. But, no.
