City election contest lawsuit: On Monday, June 14 at 3:30 p.m. there will be a hearing before Judge Hosack in the November 3, 2009, Coeur d’Alene city election contest lawsuit. The hearing will deal with motions by both sides. The hearing will be in Courtroom 11 of the Justice Building, 324 Garden Avenue, Coeur d’Alene.

North Idaho College and Foundation constitutional challenge lawsuit: On Wednesday, June 16 at 3 p.m. there will be a hearing before Judge Mitchell in the lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the method North Idaho College and its Foundation used to finance the purchase of 17 acres of land. The hearing will deal with motions by both sides. The exact courtroom number is not in the weekly schedule, but it is expected to be in the Justice Building, 324 Garden Avenue, Coeur d’Alene.
The rumor mill has it that Jorgenson is proceeding with his lawsuit against Vick/English/The World.

Evidently. The ISTARS database states there is a status hearing scheduled in that case on Monday, June 21 at 3 p.m. If you look it up by name search in ISTARS, spell Jorgenson’s name “Jorgensen.” Apparently the folks who supplied or input the data are spelling impaired.
