Another Joy Update

Filed under: General — mary @ 8:14 pm

Joy Seward, stalwart community volunteer, will finally go home from the hospital this coming weekend after more than 30 days in the hospital since she experienced life threatening heart problems at a CdA City Council meeting.  She has had complications and been re-hospitalized but is improving and will most hopefully be at her daughter’s wedding this weekend.  Please keep sending out those prayers!

  3. Joy, Rick are very loved Grange members. They are “doers” that keep things moving. It was a strange feeling not to have seen them at the picnic. Daughter Dianne never missed a beat in organizing the picnic event. Dianne is a “chip off the old blocks”. She spends countless hours with her mom and dad, tends to her tutoring business, organizes Grange events, and some how arranges a wedding. Her fiance’, Chris, is a gem. Dianne and Chris are a true love story in the making. They remained steadfast when Chris had a kidney transplant last year. They are a positive, kind couple who deserve all the blessings in life. The new couple are among the most positive cheerful peeople I know. Joy and Rick know how to raise up children!
