Actually Reagan the time frame covered by this comprehensive paper covers from the late 19th century through to 1977. The actions noted here also dovetail nicely with the Cowles handling of events in the 90’s and this century also. It reveals a pattern of unethical behavior associated with a controlling and power wielding mindset that is decades old and decades practiced.
However show us some proof that the Cowles now conduct themselves differently and it will be gladly digested.
